Mystic Valley Elder Services promotes the health and independence of older adults, adults living with disabilities, and caregivers residing in urban and suburban communities north of Boston, including Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Reading, Revere, Stoneham, Wakefield and Winthrop.

The mission of Tri-Valley, Inc. is to promote and maintain an optimal level of independence, dignity and well-being for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and all others served by our programs by providing information, advocacy to meet individual needs, and access to high-quality, person-centered services, resources, and caregiver support.

We provide information and connect older adults, caregivers and professionals with the resources and services needed to help address issues of well-being and independence in the community. From case management to home care services to home delivered meals and more, our staff of caring information experts are ready to offer help tailored to an individual's need.

Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands, Inc. is a nonprofit, community-based organization dedicated to promoting welfare, enhancing the quality of life, and maintaining the dignity of elders in Barnstable, Dukes (except Gosnold), and Nantucket Counties.

Aging Services of North Central Massachusetts (ASNCM) provides comprehensive information and quality services so that older people, individuals with disabilites, and their families are empowered to make personalized choices to ensure a life of dignity, safety, and respect.

Coastline’s mission is to be a trusted provider of resources and services that support self-determination and community well-being. Every day our goal is to help you or your loved one access programs such as Meals on Wheels, homemaking services, and personal care attendants that allow you to continue living at home, independently.

Our goal is to help families navigate the complexities and challenges they face across the span of these diseases, while providing a research-based family and community-centered social model at no cost.

To provide eligible clients with a range of services which will enhance their quality of life and allow them to live as independently as possible in dignity and respect. Any services which can further these ends may be provided directly, by contract or by referrals.

Established in 1974, AgeSpan is a private, nonprofit agency that serves as a trusted, impartial resource connecting people of all ages and abilities and their caregivers with impartial information, quality services, and vigorous advocacy. AgeSpan is a Massachusetts Aging Services Access Point (ASAP), an Area Agency on Aging (AAA), and designated Protective Services Provider.

Ethos is a private, not-for-profit organization that promotes the independence, dignity, and well-being of the elderly and disabled. Ethos achieves its mission through the coordination and delivery of high-quality, affordable home and community-based care. In all aspects of its work Ethos supports family caregiving, fosters social interaction and respects cultural diversity.

Springwell is a private, non-profit organization that has been creating, managing, and coordinating a wide range of services for more than 45 years. Originally founded in 1977 as West Suburban Elder Services to serve eight greater Boston and MetroWest communities, we updated our name to Springwell in 2002 in order to reflect our commitment to serving the broader needs of our communities’ seniors, people with disabilities, and caregivers.

Greater Lynn Senior Services is the nonprofit Aging Services Access Point and Area Agency on Aging serving people age 60 and older and adults living with disabilities in Lynn, Lynnfield, Nahant, Saugus, and Swampscott, MA.

SeniorCare Inc., a consumer centered organization, provides and coordinates services to elders and others who need assistance to enable them to live independently at home or in a setting of their choice while remaining part of their community.
